Make your service area easier to find.

Website and contact experience

What we noticed
In this fictional example, the website explains the services but mentions the service area only near the bottom of the page.
Comparison context
A fictional local competitor places its service area beside the first contact button, making that information easier to find.
Why it may matter
Visitors may not know whether the business serves their location before deciding to reach out.
What we’d do first
Add the primary service area near the first contact button and keep that information consistent on the contact page. Make it easy for visitors to confirm that you serve their location before they call or request an estimate.
What can wait
A full redesign. Start with the information customers need to decide whether to contact you.

One business, one primary service area, and its core service. One new free assessment per business every 90 calendar days. Website and phone are optional.

Assessment scope and delivery details

Review scope. The standard assessment compares your business with two relevant local competitors and identifies up to three meaningful priorities—not three problems just to fill a quota. If two credible comparisons cannot be established, we’ll ask you to agree to a broader area, one competitor, or a non-comparative review. We won’t substitute silently.

Planned delivery window. The deadline is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (America/New_York) on the fifth business day after a complete, accepted request. Day one is the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding observed U.S. federal holidays.

Clarifications and delays. If information is missing or we cannot identify your business confidently, we’ll ask for clarification. The review clock pauses only while waiting for your answer, and we’ll explain the revised deadline. Internal workload does not pause the deadline; if a review will be late, we’ll let you know before it is due.

Corrections and repeat requests. One factual correction or clarification exchange is included if requested within seven calendar days of delivery. EA factual errors are corrected without charge. A repeat request within 90 calendar days is reviewed manually for a resend or clarification; a materially changed business may receive an approved exception.

What is not included. Implementation, account access, private analytics, ongoing monitoring, or guaranteed rankings, inquiries, or revenue. A business without a website can still receive a review of the public information available.

Current status. These terms describe the planned service. Online requests, GHL storage, reviewer capacity, and delivery have not been verified for launch.
